Character Profiles Obtain all the pictures in the first collection in the museum to unlock this option which allows you to see each characters profile.
Secret Level in the T Mountains In Mission Mode, move the cursor over the T-shaped mountain range on the peninsula above Japan. You should hear the cursor 'click' into place. This gives you five extra missions. Two more missions are on the far left map in the upper right.
Alternate Survival mode Obtain all pictures in the second collection in the museum. This allows you to play an alternate version of Survival mode.
Arcade mode (Japanese version) Complete the game, including the bonus stages, with every character.
Alternate Outfits To get an alternate suit, hit the Y button at the character selection screen. This will cause everyone's suit to change into the variant. To get the original suits back, hit Y again. sent in by psx dudePlay as Unknown Soul To play as the Unknown Soul version of your character, hold R when you select him or her. Fight as Inferno Unlock all the characters, stages, and extra bonuses that are awarded by playing the game in arcade mode and mission mode. Get every picture in the mission mode. When this is accomplished, return to the arcade mode, and select Xianghua and her third outfit by pressing Y + A. If desired, the game may be set to one round and the easy difficulty. Play through and complete the game with her. After the credits complete, a new soul (Inferno) will appear to the right of Edge Master. He randomly switches weapons like Edge Master, but has some moves of his own that can be done with any weapon.
New Arena Go through the missions and receive at least 80 pts. Then buy card 068 and you'll get Silk Road Ruins as a new place to fight.
Replay Camera During a replay the camera usually points to the winner of the match. Press B to make it point to the loser
Dojo mission Complete all the missions and the extra missions that appear after the Chaos stages. Move to the eastern-most map at the mission select screen and place the pointer over Korea. Move over this area until the mission confirmation sound is heard.
Water Vein level Beat arcade mode with Nightmare.
Extra Stages & Characters Use each character to complete the game to get a new stage or character. The last character obtained is Edge Master
Extra weapons Unlock Edge Master and successfully complete all mission battles. Then, hold L when selecting the character
Control replay speed Get to a replay in practice mode. Hold R for a faster replay, or L for a slower replay.

Mission battle bonuses Complete all the missions to unlock the hidden art in the museum and a third costume for Sophitia, Voldo, Siegfried, Maxi, and Xianghua by pressing Y + A while selecting one of those characters. Completing all mission battles will unlock various museum options such as exhibition theater, opening direction (change the introduction), and character profiles. An "Extra Survival" mode will also be unlocked at the main screen.
Lizardman Beat arcade mode with Ivy.
Dojo & Swamp Missions After finishing all regular and extra missions that yopu get after the Chaos stages you can get these 2 missions. For the Swamp mission move the pointer over the place between Germany and Russia (Left) until you can select a mission. For Dojo go to Korea (Right) and keep searching until you can select a mission
English character profiles (Japanese version) Unlock the profiles for each character. Press L + R at the character profiles screen to remove the window, then hold A + B + X + Y to reset the game. Hold X and press Start when demo mode starts. Then, return to the character profiles screen.
Yoshimitsu Beat arcade mode with Voldo.
Unlock Edge master Beat the game with both the regular & the bonus characters.
Gold Title Screen Purchase all of the art cards in the gallery and the title screen will now have a new picture and a golden tint.
Cervantes Beat the game with all regular and all bonus charaters.
Character Profiles Once you've gotten all of the pictures in the first collection, you will then be allowed to access the characters' profiles in museum mode.
Hovering glitch This is a glitch, but to hover you must go to practice mode. 1. Select Cervantes 2. Kilik as CPU 3. Use Cervantes catch move (upper cut him and press down and Y---doesn't apply if you change controller settings) 4. Right before Kilik hits the ground, pause the game. 5. Go to instant replay. 6. As Cervantes finishes his move, press start to return to normal fighting sequence. 7. When you return to the fight, Kilik will be in the air flying and you can control him.
Inferno Beat the game as xianghua in her 3rd outfit
Director mode Obtain all pictures in the third collection in the museum. This allows you to edit the introduction sequence.
New Arena Go through the missions and receive at least 80 pts. Then buy card 068 and you'll get Silk Road Ruins as a new place to fight
Metal Mode To activate the METAL MODE, first earn the option via Mission Battle, then while selecting any of the characters simply hold R. You should now be covered in a shiny metal coating while fighting.
Alternate outfits Press Y at the character selection screen.
Remove Window on Profile Screen At the character profile screen press L + R to remove the profile window.
Alternate Title Screen Complete the game using Inferno
Survival Extra Obtain all the pictures in the second collection in the museum to unlock this option which allows you to play an alternative survival mode.
Weapons mode Obtain all pictures in the fourth collection in the museum. This allows you to choose a different graphic for the weapons.
Survival Mode Collect all of the art in the second collection and survival mode will be unlocked.
New mission stages Buy card 083 in the art gallery and you'll get Adrian and the Fortress as a new mission stage.
Alternate underwear color for Sophitia Highlight Sophitia and continuously press one of the following buttons or combinations at the character selection screen until she performs her pre-battle pose:
X Y B X + B X + Y Y + B X + Y + B
Select victory pose Win a match, then press X, Y, or B during the replay to select one of the victory poses.
New Costumes After completing a few missions, go to the art gallery and purchase art card 039. You'll get a new costume for Sophitia
Select Weapons Obtain all the pictures in the forth collection in the museum to unlock this option which allows you to choose different weapon graphics.
Pick Victory Pose After winning the match press Y, X or B to select your victory pose.
Full character profile screen Press L + R at the character profiles screen to remove the window on that screen.
