On the cheats menu, highlight "Unlimited Time", hold L, R, and RIGHT together, and then press Z.
Unlock Missions With the Gold Rating While highlighting the Unlimited Time cheat, hold down the L and R Buttons and right on the D-pad, then press the Z Button. This will unlock all missions with the Gold rating.
